Delete your NECS account

NECS Field Staff and NECS Resident / Tenant accounts

Request deletion here without reinstalling the app. Account access and sessions are removed immediately. Personal profile, authentication credentials and app preferences are deleted during processing, within 30 days.

Employment, timekeeping, payroll, safety, service evidence and financial records may be retained where required for legal or contractual obligations. Deleting an app account does not terminate employment, cancel a service contract, or erase an outstanding invoice.
